Return Policy

All full-priced items can be returned for a EXCHANGE OR CREDIT  within 7 days of receiving your parcel/purchase.
We will exchange size if they are available, or a credit can be issued to you for purchase at another time, you will have 6 months to use your credit.
Sale Items purchased cannot be returned for an exchange or credit.

Please check the sizing guides carefully.  Cost of the Shipping will be deducted from CREDIT


All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all original swing tags attached.
You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

The items must:

  • be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
  • Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition



Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’) washed or altered will not be accepted – this includes any make-up, fake tan marks or other stains on the clothing.
We will process your CREDIT or EXCHANGE and contact you by email.  We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.



All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Please send a copy of your order an photo of the fault to  and we will issue you with a return postage label.
